I did indeed receive my painting, very promptly. I would like to take this opportunity to again thank you for the fast shipping, excellent communication and customer service, and most importantly, the absoutely amazing quality of the painting. From just a 4X6 photo, your artist(s) captured EVERY detail of the dog in the picture to the point where it was truly perfect. I'm sure you hear stories like this all the time, but I placed the order for this painting for a family that recently lost their dog. My best friend grew up with that dog and she was very much a part of the family and not just a pet. The picture I sent you was her favorite picture of her beloved dog and when I gave the painting to her and her family they were moved to tears and truly amazed at what an outstanding job you all did. I asked for a soft, muted effect on the painting to convey the feeling of being at the ocean. I believe that the mood and essence of the setting were captured perfectly by the artist. Both of the pictures are outstanding! The cat, Barle, with the wine bottles looks even better than the original picture that I sent.
