Our professional portrait artist converts your photo into a memorable painting. Steps to
convert your photo to a painting.

| 1. Upload your photo |
|
Kindly, upload the photo that you want to be painted,
choose the type and size of the painting, and pay the initial
18% for your order excluding the shipping cost. You can
use any major credit card to make your purchase.

| 2. Our portrait artist starts painting from your photo |
|
We have professional portrait artists who specialize in
different styles and subjects like family portrait painting,
senior portrait, self portrait, child portrait, pet portrait
etc. We will send your order to the appropriate portrait artist.

| 3. Quality control specialists |
|
After our portrait artist completes your portrait painting, our
quality control specialist inspects the painting. If the portrait
painting does not meet our quality standards, it will be returned
to the artist for further modification or sent to another artist
for repainting.

| 4. Your review of the portrait painting |
|
We will email you a photo of your portrait painting so that you can
review and confirm it or ask for further modification. We will let
you ask for modifications until you are a 100% satisfied! Please feel
free to send us any modification request. Our portrait artist will make
the necessary changes and we will send you the preview link by mail for
confirmation. You can make a request for changes or confirm the painting
in our website after you login.

| 5. Final payment for your portrait painting |
|
Once you are satisfied with the painting and confirm it, you can
remit the remainder of the payment. We will then initiate the
shipping process for your painting.

| 6. Sending portrait painting by courier |
|
If you have ordered a framed painting, we will pack it well and ship it
to you by courier. Otherwise, we will ship your painting rolled in a tube.
